Terms of Service

The Service

The Service lets you share your Discord presence on the internet. It includes:

• Banners: images that show your status and activity, which you can embed on other websites.
• Profile pages: a public page with your banner and presence.
• Settings: a page where you can log in with Discord to customise your banner and manage your data.
• API: a public API that returns your presence as JSON.

The Service is free. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Discord Inc.

Eligibility

To use the Service you need a Discord account, and you must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including their minimum age requirements. Your banner only works while you are a member of our Discord server.

Your Presence Is Public

Banners, profile pages and the API are public. Anyone who knows your Discord user ID can see your status, activity (such as the game you're playing or the song you're listening to), username, avatar and the settings you chose. Keep this in mind before sharing your banner. You can stop this at any time by leaving our Discord server or deleting your data on the settings page.

Your Account

You log in with your Discord account. You are responsible for what happens through your login, and you may only manage your own banner. Don't try to access or change another user's banner or data.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the custom names and background images you add ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content as part of your banner, profile page and API response, for as long as it is on the Service. You confirm that you have the rights to Your Content, and that it doesn't break these Terms or anyone else's rights.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you must not:

• Upload or set content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or otherwise offensive.
• Impersonate another person, brand or Discord itself, for example through your custom name.
• Use content you don't have the rights to, such as copyrighted images.
• Use the banners, profile pages or API to track, stalk or harass other people.
• Overload, attack or disrupt the Service, or get around its rate limits and other protections.
• Scrape the Service in bulk, or resell it or present it as your own.

API

You may use the API in your own websites and apps, within its rate limits. Don't suggest that your app is made or endorsed by us. The API may change, and we may limit or block access to it at any time, for example when it is misused.

Moderation and Termination

We may remove Your Content, reset your banner settings, or suspend or block your access to the Service if you break these Terms, or when we need to protect the Service or its users. You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your data on the settings page.

Availability and Third Parties

We aim to keep the Service running, but we can't promise that it will always be available, fast or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop (parts of) the Service at any time. The Service depends on third parties such as Discord and Spotify; we are not responsible for their services, content or availability.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the date at the top. Changes are effective when they are posted. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
